8  Things to do When You are Angry

Pay attention to your breathe. Take a big breath in through your nose, hold it for a moment, and then slowly let it out through your mouth. This might help your body and head feel better.

Doing something you enjoy, like drawing, gardening, or listening to music, can help you change your mind and feel better.

Think about what made you angry for a moment. Figuring out the problem's root cause can help you deal with it in a better way in the future.
